Rojo
As part of an academic design exploration, this menu concept was developed for Rojo, a restaurant by Grupo Tragaluz that blends Mediterranean and Japanese influences. This project focuses exclusively on the Japanese side of Rojo’s identity, drawing from its culinary precision, aesthetic simplicity, and cultural depth. The goal was to design a piece that feels like an extension of the cuisine itself — restrained yet expressive, minimal yet rich in meaning. A visual and tactile experience that complements the flavors it introduces.
